Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR & Admin Specialist to efficiently manage recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and office administration for our Sharjah and Dubai offices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and demonstrate a solid track record handling full-cycle HR processes.

Key responsibilities include leading local recruitment and onboarding activities, managing payroll, employee benefits, and end-of-service settlements, as well as handling visa processing, contract management, and PRO-related duties. The role also requires coordinating employee training and performance appraisals, alongside supervising office operations and managing petty cash.

Candidates should be fluent in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with UAE labor law, WPS, and visa procedures are essential.
