HR & Administration Assistant – UAE (Smart Working Possible)

We are looking to hire a well-organized and experienced HR & Administration Assistant to support daily administrative activities and HR operations. This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, efficient with documentation, and comfortable handling HR coordination tasks. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in visa processing and related documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
  • Good understanding of document management systems and structured filing processes
  • Ability to support general administrative duties and HR operational tasks
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in handling records
