✔️ Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies

✔️ Maintain a safe and positive work environment
✔️ Provide general administrative support to various departments

📌 Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ Experience in HR and administrative roles
✅ Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and UAE labor laws
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Fluency in English (written & spoken)
✅ Ability to work independently and within a team
