We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our Talent, Experience, & Growth department. If you are open to explore a new opportunity and meet the below requirements,

Job Responsibilities.

  • MOHRE & Residence Visa Immigration Application typing
  • Management of Employee Passports & Emirates ID Cards.
  • MOHRE Quota Applications.
  • Trade Licenses Management (e.g. MOA/POA, Renewal of contracts/certificates E.g. Tenancy, CCTV, Civil Defense, RE Brokers, Building Maintenance etc.).
  • Deal with all related government related transactions e.g. Tadweer, Pension System, Medical checkup reservation of appointments with medical venues e.g. SEHA.
  • Arabic Letters preparation.
  • Handle periodic weekly, and monthly reports

Skills:

  • Excellent Typing Speeds
  • Proficient in using Word & Excel.
  • Expertise using MOHRE & Immigration Systems.
  • Other systems are preferred.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English & Arabic
