Description:
Cityliner Group is actively seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are well-versed in UAE labor laws and have hands-on experience in managing employee leave and processing final settlements. The successful candidate will support essential HR functions including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee record management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep employee records updated within the HR system
• Monitor all types of employee leaves—annual, sick, maternity, unpaid, etc.
• Ensure leave balances are accurately tracked and aligned with company policy
• Handle end-of-service benefits and final settlements in accordance with UAE labor law
• Support both onboarding and offboarding activities
• Coordinate payroll data to ensure accurate processing
• Respond to day-to-day HR-related employee queries
• Maintain thorough documentation and HR file records
• Work closely with the PRO and various departments on visa and employee-related tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1–2 years of HR experience within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, especially in leave tracking and settlement procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel; experience with HR software is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Business Administration, etc.)
