We’re Hiring: HR Administrator
- About the role: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator to join our Dubai team on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who has a solid grounding in HR fundamentals and enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing HR administration and employee development.
- Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, ensuring files are accurate, confidential, and compliant with company procedures.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding — draft job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and manage new hire induction processes.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, liaising with payroll providers and ensuring employee benefits records are up to date.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies, helping to implement HR procedures and audit readiness.
- Coordinate training and development activities, maintain training logs, and support performance-related initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, respond to employee queries, prepare routine HR reports, and support ad-hoc HR projects.
- Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE (UAE experience is mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational ability.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and common HR software.
- Professional approach, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
