Fixperts is looking for an experienced HR and Admin Assistant to support various human resources and administrative functions. The role includes assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting policy development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support the HR team in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
