Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to both HR and Administration teams.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and managing applicant records.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and assist with employee relations tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflows.
