We are urgently hiring an HR and Administrative Assistant to support both HR and administration teams with daily operational tasks. This hands-on role is key to keeping HR processes running smoothly — from recruitment support to onboarding and day-to-day employee relations.
Job Description:
- Provide daily administrative support to HR and Administration functions to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, arranging inductions, and ensuring new hires receive required information.
- Assist with employee relations tasks, maintaining personnel files and responding to routine employee queries.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate HR and administrative workflows.
- Perform general office administration duties to support the wider team.
