Description:
We are looking for a dependable HR Assistant to support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations. The role involves recruitment support, onboarding, employee record-keeping, basic reporting and other administrative HR duties to help ensure smooth and efficient people operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting vacancies, screening CVs, coordinating interview schedules, and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials, coordinating joining formalities, and ensuring new hires are set up in HR systems.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases to keep personnel information accurate and current.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as requested by management, including basic metrics and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate HR communications between employees and management and assist with internal HR announcements or initiatives.
- Provide general HR administrative support to ensure daily HR processes run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is highly recommended.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Experience or background in HR support, administration, customer service, or coordination will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
