Hr Assistant

 

Description:

We are seeking an HR Assistant who is proficient in Arabic and English to support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization. The main objectives of the role are to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management; support HR reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks; facilitate effective communication between HR and employees; and contribute to the efficient functioning of HR activities and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Assist with recruitment, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate HR activities and communications between employees and management.
  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth HR operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR & administrative support. Experience with ERP systems and customer service is also advantageous.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Soft skills: Communication, organizational, customer service.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, HR processes, and English & Arabic are required.
