Description:
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join a dynamic team based in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for an HR professional who is experienced in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, and compliance within the UAE work environment.
HR Administration:
- Maintain, organize, and regularly update employee records, files, and HR databases
- Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, offer letters, and reference checks
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probationary periods
- Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor laws and internal company policies
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post job vacancies on appropriate platforms and coordinate interview schedules
- Arrange interviews and follow up throughout the candidate selection process
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, interns, and residency members
- Coordinate welcome kits, IT system access, and orientation schedules for new joiners
Reporting & Compliance:
- Support the preparation of monthly HR reports such as headcount, attendance, and turnover
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of employee information
- Track employment contract renewals, residency timelines, and visa status where applicable
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR support role
