Description:
Corporate Solutions is currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support their HR operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with limited experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on exposure to corporate HR functions.
The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day HR activities, support employee relations, and ensure smooth communication between HR management and employees. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting HR managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Acting as a point of contact between HR department and employees
• Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes
• Ensuring smooth coordination of HR-related activities across departments
Requirements:
• 0 to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support roles
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
