Description:
Anchor Allied Factory is seeking an energetic and well-organized HR Assistant to join its on-site HR team in Sharjah. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to develop their expertise in human resources within a reputable manufacturing environment.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations and maintaining smooth administrative workflows. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other departments to ensure timely processing of documentation, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and staff coordination.
Handle and maintain employee documentation such as contracts, ID processing, visa records, and personal files.
Support HR administrative tasks including recordkeeping, data entry, and report generation.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as internal events, wellness programs, and communication campaigns.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and exiting employees.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0 to 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office tools and HR software is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Willingness to work onsite in Sharjah.
