This position is perfect for a professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in supporting HR and administrative functions, who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and possesses excellent organizational skills.
The HR Assistant Admin will be responsible for a range of critical duties including document control and management, arranging and maintaining filing systems, and record keeping to ensure efficient information flow within the HR department. The role involves assisting with daily HR operations such as recruitment support, employee record maintenance, and coordination of HR-related activities.
Additionally, the candidate will support general administrative tasks that help the smooth running of office operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential for success in this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively are also key requirements.
The ideal candidate should be ready to join immediately or on short notice to support the HR team in delivering seamless administrative assistance. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of AED 4000 to 7000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
