Position: HR Assistant/Receptionist

Location: Dubai Industrial City, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

HR Duties:

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Help onboard new employees and ensure they complete necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in leave management and tracking employee attendance.
  • Prepare basic HR reports and assist with administrative tasks.

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle courier and deliveries efficiently.
