• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create learning paths

• Contribute to HR initiatives such as talent management and employee engagement

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources

• Experience in Manufacturing or Trading industries

• Proven success in Performance Management and Learning & Development

• Proficiency in competency frameworks

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
