We are currently looking out for a HR-Compensation & Benefits Specialist with the below experience & knowledge for one of our clients in Dubai.

Industry: Plastic manufacturing

UAE experience is mandatory

KRAs:

• Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist 5-7 years of experience working under the C&B manager
• To develop scenarios of a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
• Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
• Use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
• Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
• Prepare reports, policies & communication around C&B
