Al Nahda International FZCO is looking for an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations — including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and documentation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR coordination or generalist roles within the UAE
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
• Proficient in MS Office & HR systems
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment, onboarding & employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and payroll files
• Support leave management & attendance tracking
• Assist in HR projects and policy implementation
