🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Support visa processing and renewals in line with UAE labor laws
• Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and training programs
• Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting
• Support employee relations and HR initiatives across branches
🔹 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (education/nursery experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of UAE labor law and ADEK requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (HR systems knowledge is an advantage)
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
