Description:

Al Jazeera International Catering LLC is currently seeking a qualified and organized HR & Document Controller to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of HR practices, documentation processes, and UAE labour regulations, with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UAE Labour Law.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and experienced with HR systems or ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Capable of maintaining proper employee documentation and filing systems.
  • A team-oriented individual with good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
