Description:

Trilogy Fab is hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee life cycle including onboarding, induction, exit formalities, and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including payroll and visa processing.
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Strong skills in managing the employee life cycle and HR documentation.
