We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with MEP contracting background to handle recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, and payroll for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding for MEP trades
• Maintain site-wise manpower & deployment records
• Monitor attendance, leaves & disciplinary issues
• Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and exits
• Support welfare activities, site visits & HR audits
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience in MEP contracting HR
• Strong English & Hindi communication
• Currently in UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
