We are currently hiring an HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the shipping and logistics sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment lifecycle and supporting internal HR operations. This role demands someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
• Work closely with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions
• Conduct interviews, administer assessments, and manage candidate selection
• Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new hires
• Maintain organized documentation and recruitment records
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities in candidate and stakeholder interactions
• Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
• Demonstrate proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions
