This role requires a motivated individual with a keen interest in managing HR operations, recruiting talent, engaging employees, and ensuring policy adherence.

✅ Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in human resources or a similar field (UAE experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound understanding of UAE labor laws and HR industry standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Keep accurate and updated records of employee files and HR documents
• Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and provide inputs for payroll
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure company policies are clearly communicated and consistently followed
