Hr Executive

Description:

JPM Associates is looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our UAE recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting blue-collar workers, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and a minimum of two years’ UAE work exposure. You will support end-to-end hiring activities and help maintain strong candidate relationships across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening and hiring manpower — strong focus on blue-collar recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the UAE recruitment market.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, follow up with candidates and coordinate with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality and professionalism.
• Comfortable working across the UAE locations listed and supporting local recruitment needs.
