Description:
FounderX, a dynamic and growing organization based in Dubai, is currently seeking a versatile and professional HR Executive to join its team. This is a dual-function role that combines front office reception duties with essential HR support responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized, confident in communication, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Front Desk Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and job applicants
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
• Maintain and organize the reception area in a professional manner
• Keep accurate visitor logs and records
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications
HR Support Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Support employee onboarding processes and documentation handling
• Maintain attendance records and HR databases
• Assist in daily HR operations and general administrative tasks
• Provide continuous support to HR and management teams as required
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or front desk roles (fresh graduates may also be considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a busy work environment
• Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated personality
