HR Executive

Description:

Global Talent Resources is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join a dynamic organization in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, recruitment, and supporting the growth of high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, coordinate onboarding activities, maintain HR documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role also involves working closely with recruitment agencies, hiring managers, and supporting GCC and overseas recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Source, screen, and interview suitable candidates.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation processes.

• Maintain HR records and prepare recruitment reports.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

• Coordinate GCC and overseas recruitment activities.

• Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

• Good organizational and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:
