Major Responsibilities:
Payroll – Ability to handle payroll for more than 3 countries.
Will be response for Generic HR role. Should be well versed with new UAE Labor Law.
Excellent in analytical task. Ability to generate various HR reports in different form to present to Board.
Should have experience working on ERP. Will be responsible for complete payroll processing, Monitoring Attendance for all Gulf countries, working experience of HRMS system, experience in Grading system, analyst and monitor HR forecast budget on monthly basis, all type of Visa processing.
Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures reports.
Performing statistical analysis of data.
The ability to pay attention to detail when working with data in order to make accurate conclusions and predictions.
Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats.
Preparing reports and presenting these to management or clients.
Monitoring data quality. Ensuring all data is collected from respective departments / Projects, gather
In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
Knowledge of advance excel mandatory. Should have completed certification course into advance level.
