- As an HR Executive at Besomi Electronics Group, you will play a key role in shaping our dynamic team and driving our talent acquisition efforts forward. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Talent Management: Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all aspects of HR operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR with a focus on recruitment
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in employee relations, onboarding, and performance management
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field,
- Certification in HR is preferred
