Type: Full-time
- Experience: [Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hashtag#Human Resources field.
- With Good knowledge of local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities ]
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all daily human resources activities in alignment with company policies.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, conduct interviews, and recommend suitable hires.
- Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Organize onboarding programs for new employees and update their records.
- Monitor the annual performance evaluation process and analyze results in coordination with various departments.
- Manage employee files and maintain organized and confidential records.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
- Handle employee inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Organize internal training sessions and develop training plans in collaboration with senior management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
salary: from AED 5000-8000
