Hiring: HR Generalist | Dubai, UAE

A well-established company in Dubai is looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join its human resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for HR professionals who are knowledgeable in UAE labor laws and are capable of managing diverse HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring legal and procedural adherence across all HR practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Administer and process UAE payroll efficiently, ensuring compliance with WPS and legal guidelines.

  • Provide support in employee relations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor and implement compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist in the performance management process and support training & development initiatives.

  • Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, renewals, and other government documentation.

  • Manage leaves, attendance, and other HR operations.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar HR role.

  • At least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience in the UAE.

  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
