RATLS Contracting is urgently hiring a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to support their expanding team. Immediate joiners currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience (UAE preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, approachable, and a team player
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be currently in the UAE
• Availability: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR database accuracy
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
• Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities
• Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Address employee queries and support HR operations
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents as needed
