Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced HR Generalist to support and manage HR operations across both the UAE and UK regions. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with strategic HR initiatives in a multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for UAE and UK employees in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Support HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives
- Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and HR advisory support
- Coordinate HR documentation, records, and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality
- Work closely with management to support workforce planning and HR strategy
Qualifications & Professional Memberships:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or an equivalent recognized HR qualification
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5–7 years of progressive HR management experience
- Proven experience handling both operational and strategic HR functions
- Demonstrated exposure to HR practices and compliance in both the UAE and UK
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition background
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
