Hiring HR Manager – Consultancy Company, Dubai

An established Dubai based Consultancy Company who operate in the UAE and KSA, urgently require a stand-alone HR Manager to support the business with recruitment, employee engagement, payroll activities, compensation & benefits, review and updating of policies, plus other HR tasks as required.

The company has undergone steady growth over the last 7 years, they foster a collaborative and positive company culture and are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills and who would want to grow in a long term career with the business.

Essential criteria:

• 5 to 10 years experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in UAE
• Must have worked with a consultancy business
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and KSA labor law would be advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills, an ability to work with senior leadership and staff at all levels
• Strong work ethic, detail orientated and high professional standards
• Relevant HR related degree and CIPD qualifications

Salary range 20,000 – 27,000 AED per month plus vias, medical insurance and additional company benefits.
