Role: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding & employee relations
• Develop & implement HR policies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
• Drive employee engagement & performance management

Requirements:

• Proven HR experience of 10+ years (managerial level preferred with Manufacturing industry experience)
• MBA in Human Resources Management or CIPD or SHRM
• Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
