Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management systems.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
- Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts & addressing concerns in a fair & effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the development of training programs and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ UAE years) as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite; experience with HR software.
