We are hiring HR Manager for our Group of Companies, located in Dubai UAE
Job Description
- This is an immediate requirement and the right candidate must fit in to following criteria :
- Minimum qualification should be Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree in any discipline
- Must have 7-10 years working experience as HR Manager in UAE.
- Should have hands on experience in handling MS Office and also HR Softwares.
- Must be capable of leading a team of HR executives & PRO personnel
- Should have thorough knowledge of Labor laws and HR rules and regulations for employees.
- Must have complete and updated knowledge of Immigration and Labor Laws, in order to supervise the PRO team in office
- Must be capable of handling new manpower requirements, starting from recruitment till joining of employee.
- Should be able to design Job descriptions for existing and new comer candidate.
- Must possess UAWE valid driving license
- This is an immediate placement, therefore we prefer to have candidates on cancelled or visit visas (with UAE experiences as described above).
- The selected candidate will be reporting directly to Managing Director of the Company therefore
