Description:
Gulf Model School is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead its human resources function and support the school’s mission of excellence in education. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in HR management, capable of driving effective HR strategies while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and educational regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the school’s goals and objectives
• Manage recruitment, payroll, leave administration, and staff training programs
• Ensure compliance with KHDA regulations, UAE labor laws, and internal school policies
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all departments, providing guidance and support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a school environment
• Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and UAE labor laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff across departments
