Description:

RR Building Contracting LLC (RRBC) is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join its Dubai team immediately. This position calls for an experienced HR Manager who can lead core HR functions for a contracting business, ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations, and support the company’s growth through strong people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and selection processes to source and onboard skilled candidates.
  • Manage payroll operations, benefits administration, and ensure timely, accurate salary processing.
  • Oversee performance management systems including appraisals, corrective actions, and development plans.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and maintain positive workplace engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law and ensure company policies are compliant.
  • Draft, implement and review HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate HR recordkeeping, statutory reporting, and liaise with government authorities when required.
  • Support training & development initiatives and promote a safe, productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in HR management; contracting industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to join immediately and work in a fast-paced contracting environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with HR systems / MS Office.
