Renowned for precision and professionalism, we focus on delivering excellent workmanship and service. As we expand, we’re seeking an experienced HR Manager / Office Manager to support our growing operations and ensure smooth HR and administrative functioning.

Role Summary:
This is a hybrid position combining full HR ownership with office administration responsibilities. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and payroll coordination — while also overseeing daily office operations to keep the business running efficiently. Candidates with manufacturing, construction or site-facing experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and comply with local labour laws.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for all departments, including job postings, interviews and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and leave tracking with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and applying applicable HR regulations.
  • Coordinate training, performance evaluations and development plans for staff growth.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution discreetly and fairly.
  • Administer payroll, insurance and employee benefits in coordination with accounts.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and inventory, and liaise with vendors.
  • Coordinate with IT support, facilities and maintenance providers.
  • Support documentation for bids, quotations and contracts when required.
  • Monitor administrative budgets and handle petty cash responsibly.
  • Organize internal meetings, safety drills and staff welfare activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in combined HR and office management functions (manufacturing/construction experience preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of UAE/local labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems (spreadsheets, payroll software).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with health & safety regulations in construction or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience coordinating with site teams and project managers.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
