Hr Manager

Looking for a strategic HR leader to drive talent, performance, and engagement across our organization!
What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment & talent management
Implement performance management systems & KPI frameworks
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & MOHRE regulations
Develop HR policies, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
Manage compensation, payroll coordination & benefits programs
Provide HR insights through reporting & analytics
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)
5–10 years HR management experience in UAE/GCC
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
Experience with HRMS / HRIS systems
Professional certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred
