Are you an HR professional who enjoys building, not just maintaining?
At Zento Era, we are building an institutional-grade crypto trading platform, and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead our People function from the ground up.
This isn't a traditional HR role. You'll be the sole HR leader, partnering directly with the founders to shape hiring, HR operations, compliance, culture, performance management, and people strategy as we scale.

What we are looking for:
✅ 5- 8 years of progressive HR experience
✅ Proven experience managing end-to-end HR Operations & Talent Acquisition independently
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, visas, payroll, and compliance
✅ Experience building HR policies, processes, and frameworks from scratch
✅ A self-driven, hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
Bonus if you have experience in FinTech, Crypto, Payments, or other regulated industries.
