- Timings: 10 am – 6 pm
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Job Description:
- Assisting and Supporting in HR procedures including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, etc.·
- Keeping thorough records of employees’ databases and information·
- Maintaining record of all the employees’ personal and corporate files·
- Establishing security procedures, paperwork, and employee filing·
- Supervising all the daily activities of the human resources department·
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to HR rules·
- Resolving termination issues, workplace conflicts, employee complaints, and disciplinary issues
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Experience:
