✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & Word

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding
• Preparing and analyzing monthly HR performance reports
• Handling HR documentation and compliance
• Supporting various HR operations and initiatives
