Description:

We are looking for an The HR Officer – Operations who will be responsible for supporting the HR operations team in executing daily HR tasks, including employee data management, payroll assistance, and benefits administration. The role involves providing frontline HR support to employees and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues for Blue Collar and White Collar employees
  • HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and payroll software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
