Description:
Al Benaa Al Shamel Facilities Management LLC is hiring an experienced HR Officer for immediate joining. The role requires the candidate to manage payroll processing, HR administration, and insurance management for employees. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, with a deep understanding of UAE labor laws and a strong track record in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Manage WPS salary transfers and maintain accurate payroll records.
Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Liaise with the finance department for seamless salary disbursements.
Prepare periodic payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
Assist with onboarding, visa processing, and exit formalities.
Track attendance, leave balances, and employee absences.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Insurance Management:
Manage employee medical insurance, including additions, deletions, and renewals.
Handle vehicle insurance for company-owned vehicles and ensure timely renewals and claims processing.
Act as the liaison between the company and insurance providers.
Maintain accurate insurance records and ensure timely claims processing.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR payroll and administration within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS procedures.
Experience managing medical and vehicle insurance tasks.
Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking ability.
Must be available to join immediately.
