Description:
Seven Clinic, a respected name in the UAE healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Officer to support its human resources operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a background in the medical industry and be well-versed in UAE labor laws.
This role is essential for maintaining a strong HR foundation within the clinic, ensuring compliance, managing employee relations, and supporting end-to-end HR functions. Key Responsibilities:
Handle full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including preparation of employment contracts, visa processing, and employee documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
Support payroll processing and HR administration functions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Provide assistance in performance management and training initiatives.
Liaise with management to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of HR experience in the UAE healthcare or medical industry.
In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
Immediate availability preferred.
