Hiring HR Officer

Via Medica International Healthcare is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

• Payroll & benefits processing (timesheets, overtime, leave management)
• Responding to employee queries on payroll, leave, and labor matters
• Handling end-of-service benefits and employee exit processes
• Preparing employment offers and HR letters
• Supporting general HR functions and addressing HR ad-hoc matters as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Psychology, or Organizational Development
• 5+ years HR generalist and payroll experience
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in HR systems and Excel
