Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer to manage and coordinate various HR and administrative tasks for our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee management, and administrative support within a corporate environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Liaise with the PRO on all employment matters, including visa processing, labor card, and Emirates ID renewals.
• Coordinate all company travel arrangements; research and book flights, hotels, and rental cars according to company policies while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Create detailed travel itineraries aligned with approved travel requests.
• Manage insurance processes, including claims, card re-issuance, renewal, and cancellations.
• Maintain and update personnel records within the ERP – Oracle system.
• Communicate with local and international recruitment agencies and applicants to meet the company’s staffing needs. Liaise with outsourced manpower providers. Review attendance and related invoices.
• Prepare Purchase Requests & Receipt Traveler entries in ERP – Oracle for administrative goods and services.
• Monitor staff attendance and activity records.
• Compile monthly overtime and attendance reports, assisting in payroll processing as needed.

🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR position.
